Can I add a trailer to my ute or van hire?

Yes. We supply 6x4, 7x4 caged and 8x5 flat-top trailers as add-ons to any ute or van hire — perfect for moving house, dump runs or bulky loads.

Do you deliver the vehicle to my address?

Yes. Delivery and pickup are available across most Australian suburbs. Metro delivery is often free with weekly and monthly hires — regional delivery is quoted on request.

Is there a bond or security deposit?

Yes — a refundable credit-card pre-authorisation is held for the duration of the hire and released within 7 business days after the vehicle is returned undamaged.

How many kilometres are included?

Daily and weekly hires include a generous daily kilometre cap. Monthly and long-term hires can be quoted as unlimited kilometres. Excess km is charged per kilometre — the rate is confirmed on your quote.

Can I take the vehicle interstate?

Yes — interstate travel is allowed with prior approval. Let us know your route when you enquire so we can confirm insurance and any one-way fees.

Can someone else drive the vehicle?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Additional drivers can be nominated at booking or added later. Each additional driver must meet the same licence and age requirements.

What happens if the vehicle breaks down?

Every ute and van hire includes 24/7 roadside assistance. Call the number on your rental agreement and we'll arrange help or a replacement vehicle where possible.

Do you accept cash or only card?

For your protection and ours, we require a valid credit or debit card in the primary driver's name for the bond pre-authorisation. Final payment can be made by card or bank transfer.
